Nell came home with staples. She called it "office supplies".
They were removed 15 days after surgery.
Nell also came home with the ice machine. The cooler is full of ice water. A pump forces cold water thru
the large blue tube into the blue bladder that wraps around the knee. It is noisy but so very useful.
A bedside toilet was useful for a few days. Then it became a platform for the pedal machine.
And ankle weights. Note the compression stockings. Needed for six weeks to help prevent clots. And a
pain to put on when you can't bend your knee.
