Rod, at The Center for Industrial and

Physical Therapy, has also been taking

care of this knee for more than a year. 

Therapy has been -  TENS and heat,

ultra-sound, exercises with stretchy bands,

bicycle, slant board,  practice for steps,

ice.

The knee could flex to 118 degrees when I

started and is 134 at 7 weeks.  My non-

surgery knee bends to 138.

But still the hardest is to bend the knee to

the side and put on socks.  Shoes sit still

on the floor and are easy to get on.
